Kavitha’s decision to pursue a career in education stems from a profound desire to make a positive impact on young lives and contribute to their growth and development. Kavitha holds a Master’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, equipping her with strong leadership and organizational skills. She is also certified in Montessori , SEND (Special Education Needs and Disability), Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar, Vedic Maths and Abacus, enhancing her ability to support children’s literacy development.
As a corporate trainer, Kavitha specializes in delivering impactful in-house and OBT training sessions, including expertise in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) regulations. She is also Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trained. Her commitment to creating safe and conducive learning environments underscores her dedication to education and child welfare.
She has actively contributed to educational initiatives, and has been recognized for her role. Her experience includes organizing significant programs collaborating with the pertigious publication such as “The Hindu – Aspire” and State-Level Model exams for “JAYA TV – ASPIRE” for higher secondary students.
A passionate advocate for child development, she effectively implemented the “TVS Scooty – Personal Learning Profile” program for over 1,750 higher secondary students and their parents providing counselling and guidance. Her commitment to education is matched by her athletic background as a runner-up National-Level Softball player, which underscores her dedication to teamwork and excellence.

She has completed her Phd in Neuroscience, MSc Psychology. Adding to it she has a PG Diplomas in Integrated Counselling & child psychology, Diploma in Art Therapy & Vedic Psychology.
She is a qualified Behavioural Therapist and Wellness Coach too.
She is skilled in Crisis Intervention Management, Multiple Intelligence, Psychometric Assessment and Art of Teaching (VAK)

Ms. Sumathi Priya Ganesh is an Ireland citizen, who is a Chartered Physiotherapist in Ireland with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Masters in Physiotherapy in Advanced Neurological Physiotherapy from Dr.M.G.R.University .
She has worked First 10 years in clinical/academic positions in S.R.M.University, Maharaja University and Meenakshi University in Chennai. She was a Guest lecturer /Examiner for Sri Venkateswara University ,Tirupathi.
She then went on to practice in various clinical environments across Ireland including disability services, long stay, respite and rehabilitation centre.Her training includes Neurodevelopment therapy for Stroke and other Neurological conditions, British Association of Hand Therapy level 1, numerous Upperlimb courses, Use of Display Screen modules, Geriatrics and Falls,Vestibular rehab level 1, Myofacscial release techniques.
She has held Health and safety representative in her work place in Ireland for more than 10 years,Has been a clinical placement instructor for University College Dublin Ireland ,Saxion University Netherlands and Haze University Netherlands for offsite placements and Supervisor for fellow physiotherapists.
Her primary areas of interest are Hand & Upper limb Therapy and Rehabilitation conditions.
