We believe that every child deserves access to quality education tailored to their individual needs. Our Special Education Program is designed to provide comprehensive support and accommodations for students with diverse learning requirements. The journey begins with a thorough assessment, allowing us to understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and unique learning styles. Based on this assessment, we develop an Individualized Educational Plan that encompasses the necessary support services and accommodations to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.

Occupational therapy is a holistic and individualized training plan that assists each child in reaching and maintaining their potential to live a happy and successful life. After an occupational therapy assessment, a goal is determined based on the specific child’s needs. It is very important to understand what challenges and limitations are impacting a child’s activities and how to assist them in successfully engaging in their daily lives. Occupational therapists also help children reach their full potential through the joy of play. OT’s work closely with Parents/Caregivers, Teachers, Educators and other Therapists to implement strategies that will help neurodiverse children to develop skills and refine skills such as motor skills, social skills or organizational skills. Sensory concerns are also addressed in a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As they may have difficulties in processing Visual, Sound, Touch, Taste, Smell, and Balance. This impacts a child’s ability to perform routine activities involving specific senses.

Speech-language pathology (SLP) is essential in communication, as speech and language difficulties can significantly impact a child’s learning and developing communication.
Speech therapists or speech-language pathologists are trained personnel who work with children by providing screening, consultation, assessment, diagnosis, training, management and counselling services for children with special needs. Speech therapy plays an important role towards the holistic development of a child with problems in communication, enhances social skills, enables them to cope better with the society and function in day-to-day life. It should be started as early as diagnosis is made.
